Before you pay me anything, you get a finished page. Not a wireframe, not a slide, not a stock template with your logo dropped in — a real site, built from your work, live at a link you can open on your phone and send to your wife.
It's free, and it's actually built.
I make it before you commit to anything. If you look at it and say no, we shake hands in writing and you owe me nothing. That's the whole risk.
It's made of your material.
Your photos, your projects, your street, your light. I read your work first — what you make, who you make it for — and the page is grown from that.
You pay only when it's live.
Not on signing, not on a deposit, not in stages. When the site is running on your own domain and you're happy with it, then €1,500. Once.
Then it's yours. Fully.
The files, the domain, the code, the whole thing. No monthly fee, no licence, no one holding it hostage. If I disappear tomorrow your site keeps running.
Every price and promise stays black on white.
You will never get a number from me in a phone call, and you will never get one that changes later.
Delivered in days, not months
Built same-week, for real tradesmen.
Two you can open right now. Both were näidised first — built before anyone had paid anything.
Decorlux — open the live sitePlaster, stone and light. The whole page is made of the surfaces they actually lay — no stock interiors, no borrowed rooms.
decorlux.vercel.app →
Painters Group — open the live siteRappaus, tasoite, maalaus — the three coats they lay, made into the three acts of the page. It ends where every job starts: a written inquiry.
loomaudits.co/mockup/painters-group →Four messages, and you're live.
No brief document, no kick-off, no project portal to log into. Four things you type, in your own time.
You write to me.
Your trade, your town, and a link or a few photos of work you're proud of. Three minutes of typing. That's the entire brief.
I build your näidis. Free.
I read your work, then build a real page from it. You get a link — usually in days. Nothing is owed at this point and nothing ever will be if you pass.
You read it, and reply.
Open it on your phone. Tell me what's wrong with it in writing, in your own time. I fix it and send it back. Repeat until you have nothing left to say.
It goes live. You pay once.
On your own domain. €1,500, one payment, and the whole thing is handed to you — source, files, ownership. We're done, and you owe me nothing after that.
You can re-read a promise. You can't re-read a phone call.
Everything runs in writing and on your schedule. Not because it's cheaper for me — because it's better for you.
Nothing gets lost
Every price, every deadline, every change is a line you can scroll back to at eleven at night. Nobody has to remember what was said.
You work when you work
You're on a site, in a surgery, on a roof. You don't need a calendar invite — you answer between jobs, whenever suits you.
No one can talk you into anything
There's no pitch call, no pressure, no "let's hop on a quick call". You read, you decide, you type one line back.
It's faster, honestly
Days instead of months. Most of what an agency calls a process is scheduling the meeting where the work gets described.
The four things everybody asks.
What if I don't like the näidis?
You write one line saying so and we're finished. You've paid nothing and you owe nothing. I built it knowing that — it's the whole reason it's free.
Who owns it after I pay?
You do. Completely. The domain is in your name, the source is handed over, and there is no licence, no subscription and no switch I can flip. €1,500 is the last money that changes hands.
Really no call? Not even one?
Not even one. Everything — the brief, the changes, the price, the handover — happens in writing. If that sounds strange, it's the part clients thank me for most afterwards.
How fast is "days"?
A näidis is usually with you inside a week of you writing to me, often sooner. Live on your domain is normally a few days after you say yes. One client at a time is what makes that possible.
Write to me.
Three lines is plenty. If your trade is a fit, your free näidis is already being built before you've paid me a cent.
Your message is open in your mail app — send it and I'll read it today. If nothing opened, write straight to emil@loomaudits.co.
